User data deletion instructions

Purpose of this page
KeyBot CRM (“we”, “us”) provides this page to meet Meta’s expectation that apps accessing user data offer a clear way for people to request deletion of data obtained through our service, including data received via Meta products (such as WhatsApp, Instagram, or Facebook messaging) when you or your organization use our integrations.
This page describes how to submit a deletion request. It does not replace our Privacy Policy. For a full description of how we process personal data, see the Privacy Policy linked at the end of this page.
Data deletion callback (in progress)
We are working on a Meta data deletion callback URL. When it is available, it will help automate requests that people start from Meta’s own flows, improve the experience, and support verification aligned with Meta’s expectations that data has been deleted from our systems.
Until the callback is live, please use the email process below. We will update this page when the callback is ready.
Who may request deletion
You may use this process if you believe KeyBot CRM holds personal data about you that originated from or was processed in connection with our Service—for example, as a shopper or contact who messaged a business that uses KeyBot CRM, or as a user of a customer account.
If you interacted with a brand that uses KeyBot CRM, that organization is often the primary controller of your conversation data. We may need to coordinate with them to verify and fulfill your request where we act on their instructions.
What you can ask us to delete
Subject to applicable law and legitimate exceptions (such as data we must retain for security, dispute resolution, or legal compliance), you may request that we delete or anonymize personal data we hold about you in connection with the Service.
Depending on your situation, this may include identifiers, message content, or related metadata processed through connected channels. We will explain if we cannot delete certain information and why.
How to submit a request
Email info@keybot-crm.com from an address you regularly use, with the subject line: “Data deletion request”.
In the body, include: (1) your full name; (2) a description of your relationship to KeyBot CRM or the business you contacted (for example, the brand name or channel); (3) approximate dates or conversation context that help us locate your data; (4) whether your request relates to data received from Meta or another integration; (5) your country or region of residence, if you wish to exercise region-specific rights.
We may ask for reasonable additional information to confirm your identity and locate the correct records. If you are an end customer of one of our business users, we may forward or coordinate with that customer’s administrator when we process data on their behalf.
Response time
We will acknowledge receipt within a reasonable period and respond to verified requests in accordance with applicable law. Complex requests involving multiple organizations or legal retention requirements may take longer; we will keep you informed where required.
Removing our app from your Meta settings
Removing KeyBot CRM or revoking permissions in your Facebook or Instagram settings stops future data sharing through that connection, but it may not delete data already stored in our systems. Use the email process above if you want us to delete stored data tied to your use of Meta with our Service.
